Hi folks...what a lovely evening it has turned out to be!! Thought I better get this posted as I made it the other day. The stamp is from Personal Impressions and I coloured her with my copics, I have layered her onto papers from Stampin' Up. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley which I punched with my SU round punch, the pennants have also been punched with SU punches, I added a few buttons to match.
